Purity and Certification Our gold bar is a highest quality piece, made with material, extracted by the united women of Colombia with a purity of 99.99% (24 carats). Each bar has a quality certification, issued by laboratory and verified by precious metals experts.
Size and Alloy The ingot has a weight of 1 Troy Ounce (31.103 gr), with dimensions of 38mm x 22mm with a thickness of 2mm. This standard size ensures ease of handling and storage, ideal for both investors and collectors.
Care and Cleaning Instructions Although gold is a metal that does not rust or corrode, it is advisable to handle the bar with gloves to avoid fingerprint marks and preserve its shiny finish. Preferably it remains in its original packaging with its quality certificate.
Certification and Authenticity Each gold bar comes accompanied by a certificate confirming its purity, weight and origin, issued by our refinery, Sime Group Refinery. In addition, the piece is marked with the seal of quality and authenticity, guaranteeing a solid and reliable investment.

The design is a representation of the life and culture of Colombia, in it, elements such as time and the cyclical nature of life are represented. It is an evocation of Muisca and Tairona art. Is inspired by representative elements such as the designs included in the vueltiao hat (visible in the upper and lower central part of the engraving), as well as one of the greatest national treasures, the poporo quimbaya.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction with product quality is guaranteed on all orders. If you are not satisfied, you have three (3) days after receiving your shipment to notify our customer service team at the contact number of your dissatisfaction. No returns of any kind will be accepted without prior notification to our customer service team prior to shipping your product. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of NAPLES PRIME SAS CI LLC. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return any items to us, you may be required to pay for return shipping and any loss in value of the product, if any, at our discretion. Orders may also be subject to a 5% restocking fee. All returned items must be sent in our original packaging. In the event of an exchange request, NAPLES PRIME SAS CI LLC expressly reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money in the event that an acceptable replacement is not available. Silver Jewelry or Statue Returns: These items can be returned within 30 days for a partial refund (instead of selling the item at our current sale price). You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, and a 5% restocking fee will apply. The item must be returned with all original packaging and documentation, in good condition. If there are losses in value in the metal market, these losses will also be deducted from the amount of your refund.
